Ingredients:
- - 30ml vodka
- - 15ml cherry heering
- - 10ml benedictine
- - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- - 150ml soda water
Instructions:
Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1 persons
1. Add the vodka, cherry heering, benedictine and lemon zest into a mixing glass and lightly muddle the lemon zest.
2. Add ice and stir until well-chilled.
3. Fine-strain into a collins glass with ice.
4. Top with soda water.

- - 15ml egg white or aquafaba (optional)

- - Almond syrup ½ tbsp,
- - Lime juice 30ml,
- - Sugar syrup ½ tbsp,
- - Mint leaves to garnish
- - Lime wheel to garnish
- - Pineapple wedge to garnish

Serves: None persons
1. Put all of the ingredients except the garnishes in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with the lime, mint and pineapple.

1. Lightly muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker.
2. Add the rum, lime juice and ice, and give it a brief shake.
3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

1. Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add the water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
2. Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon, and gently stir to combine.
3. Squeeze the oil of an orange peel over the glass, then drop in.

3. Shake well, until the outside of the shaker feels cold
4. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass
